Campaign
An email marketing campaign with specific goals. Each campaign has a list of leads, email sequences, and tracks metrics like open rate, click rate, reply rate.
Lead
Email recipients in campaigns. Each lead has information: email, name, company, and status in the sales pipeline (New, Contacted, Interested, Qualified).
Mailbox
Email accounts used to send campaigns. Each mailbox has a health score, daily limit, and reputation. Dashboard manages 120 mailboxes across 24 domains to ensure deliverability.
Automation
Drip sequences automatically send follow-up emails based on triggers (Day 1, 3, 7 or when lead opens/clicks). Helps nurture leads without manual work.

Leverage Automation

Q: Is Demo Mode sufficient for client demos?
✅ Yes! Demo Mode has realistic data with 5 campaigns, 120 mailboxes, 40K leads. Metrics look real, UI/UX is complete. Perfect for demos & training.
Q: How do I switch to Production Mode?
Settings page → Select "Real API Keys (Production Mode)" → Add Instantly.ai API key → Reload page. Dashboard will fetch real data from your Instantly account.
Q: I have 10 SDRs, can each person view their own data?
Currently dashboard is single-user. For multi-user, need to implement authentication + role-based access control. Contact developer to customize.
Q: Is there a mobile app?
No native app yet, but dashboard is a responsive web app. Open on mobile browser (Chrome, Safari) to use all features with UI optimized for phones.
Q: Where is data stored?
Demo Mode: Data hardcoded in code. Production Mode: Fetch real-time from Instantly.ai API. Settings stored in browser localStorage. Future will have Supabase database.
